Texas Tippers has minimum rule requirements that are in place to ensure that the group functions effectively.  The members of Texas Tippers whole heartedly believe that we are here to make each others business a great success and that is the main reason that these rules are in place.

Annual dues are $99 per year-non-refundable.

Dues are to be paid on October 1 each year for the membership period of October 1 to September 31.  Dues must be paid by October 31 or the member will be suspended and their industry slot will be made available to potential new members.  Payment arrangements may be made with the Treasurer if necessary.  All dues must be paid by January 31 or the member will be suspended until payment is received.

All members must be voted in at a Texas Tippers weekly meeting.  We have the sole right to decline any membership application if we feel it is not in the best interest of the group.

Members are allowed to have 3 absences per quarter.  You may send a representative in your spot if you cannot make a meeting.  If you cannot abide by the minimum standards the group has the right to vote you out and give your spot to another interested party.  If this happens, please remember, your $99 dues are NOT refundable.  Please join only if you are going to be able to meet our minimum meeting requirements.

Each member will give a 30 second commercial at each meeting.  

Guests may visit not more than twice, then they must join if an industry slot is available for them.  No further visits will be allowed.

 

At the restaurant where we meet you must have a meal or leave a minimum of a $5.00 tip for the waiter.  NO exceptions.

Members will take turns being the group speaker.  Speeches will be no longer than 10 minutes including the question and answer period.  At present Texas Tippers does not invite outside speakers.  This is because our group purpose is internal networking and the focus should be on that purpose.

When you are given a referral you should contact that person within 24 hours.

You are expected to give the bulk of your referrals to the members of Texas Tippers.  That is the reason that we are here is to help one another prosper through leads/tips/referrals.

All members will arrange to have 1 on 1 meetings with all other members in the group.  This is so they may get to know one another and be familiar with the products and services each other offers.  This will enable our members to be able to readily identify leads for our fellow members.

You must actively participate in giving leads/referrals to your fellow members.  If you give the most outside tips during the quarter you will win the Cow Tipper Award, which is $50.

We will have one after hours mixer per quarter.  All members are expected to attend.
